  • Orders placed before 12pm (Monday–Friday) will be shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12pm (Monday–Friday) or on weekends/public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • 2–4 business days for major cities in South Africa.

  • 3–5 business days for outlying areas.

Tracking and Updates

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

  • Track your delivery status on the Aramex or The Courier Guy website using your tracking number.

Delivery Fees

  • Free delivery on orders over R800.

  • We deliver to all areas in South Africa.
